Fittings

If you are looking to buy new clubs you need to get fit for them plain and simple. Getting fit for your new clubs ensures that you aren not't just buying the standard clubs off the shelf that aren not't optimized for your swing. We will get you the brand and model clubs you want while fine tuning them to your swing.

We offer two types of fittings here at the Arkansas Golf Center: the Standard Fitting and the Works Pro Fitting.

Standard Fitting

Standard Quality Fitting - FREE - A standard AGC Fitting takes a golfer's static and dynamic measurements and plots them on a scientific chart making sure each golfer chooses the correct shaft flex, club length, club lie angle, and proper head type. Standard fitting takes 15-30 minutes and walk ins are welcome!

Static Measurements include: Height, Wrist to Floor, Hand Size, Longest Finger Length, and setup position analysis.
Dynamic Measurements include: Swing Speed, Lie Angle, Length Impact tape, and in swing shaft analysis.

In the Standard fitting we find out what equipment is right for you. We'll insure you get the correct flex, correct length, correct grip, correct lie, and correct.

The Works Pro Fitting

The Works Pro Fitting -$50- The AGC Works Pro Fitting is a scientific fitting process conducted by an Arkansas Golf Center professional and master club fitter. A works fitting includes everything a standard fitting does as well as a total game evaluation using a high speed camera, high tech in swing shaft analyzer, and top of the line launch monitor to measure swing mechanics, golf ball dynamics, shaft deformation, and dynamic ball flight analysis to determine the perfect equipment match for each individual. The Works Fitting takes 60-90min. These fittings are by appointment only.

The "Works" fitting includes all Static and Dynamic Measurements included in the Standard Fitting but is always done by appointment with an Arkansas Golf Center Golf Professional and Master Club Fitter.
The "Works" fitting matches individuals perfectly to an entire set of golf clubs. The entire set makeup is looked at and each individual club spec is tweaked until we arrive at the scientific conclusion that we are recommending a complete fit set for each individual, Driver through Wedges. (Putter fit upon request)
The "Works" fitting includes use of the ForeSight Game Changer 2 and/or Accusport Vector Pro Launch Monitors and their top notch fitting software.
The "Works" fitting includes accurate swing speed measurement using true RADAR technology.
A portion of "The Works" fitting can be done outdoors off of real grass on a real range to insure proper turf interaction and to create more confidence in your fitting.
Bringing your current or old set for proper compairison is welcome in "The Works" pro fitting.
